Organic thai white rice

This very aromatic long grain rice is from the high plateaux of the North of Thailand. Precious dish, it has always been cooked for the leading dignitaries of the Siam court.

Preparation

Wash, drain and cook 1 volume of rice in 1 and a half volumes of cold water covered for 10 to 15 minutes, then salt it.
